BUILT UNDER A LAPAX AWNING

Each room begins with a LaPax Awning as the roof, providing a strong, durable, and weather-resistant foundation for the entire structure. Below the awning, the room is built using standard 2×4 construction on your existing concrete pad.

To maintain comfort year-round, every room features two layers of insulation and a high-quality gloss-white Trusscore ceiling. Trusscore panels are 100% water-resistant, easy to clean, and made from durable PVC. They interlock for a smooth, seamless finish that’s both modern and low-maintenance.

Because every project is unique, customers can choose to finish the interior themselves, or we can complete the interior finishing.

These rooms are completely custom-built under a LaPax awning, creating a beautiful, functional space that expands your home.

SCREEN ROOMS

Our screen rooms can be built under a new LaPax awning or installed on your existing porch, patio, or overhang, giving you flexibility no matter your space.

Each structure is crafted with 1"×1" aluminum tubing for strong, lightweight framing, available in white or clay to complement your home’s exterior.

To complete the enclosure, you can choose from:

Standard vinyl screen for everyday use
Pet screen, a thicker and more durable option ideal for families with pets or areas needing extra strength
